In this position you will provide consultative, deployment, software support and break-fix services to our corporate client base. As a member of the Corporate Technical Services Group you will work closely with the corporate sales team and play a key role in identifying and securing new opportunities. The ideal candidate has at least 4-6 years of practical working experience in an operations, technical support or systems administration capacity, with relevant certifications from recognized IT vendors or associations. An outgoing personality, good verbal skills, sharp eye for detail, ability to work under pressure and strong organizational skills are required as you will be running multiple projects simultaneously.
Reporting to the Manager of Technical Services and working in close collaboration with the local Corporate Sales team you will:
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships
- Maintain a customer centric approach to consultative services in a hybrid sales technical services role
- Manage projects from inception to completion, including opportunity identification, project scope definition, implementation and evaluation
- Provide ongoing technical support system administration and operations management services to new and existing customers
- Increase the company's overall ability to identify capture and deliver service based solutions to Small and Medium Enterprise in the local market
- Deliver reliable professional technical services and solutions
- Create technical proposals and 'scope of work' documentation
- Deliver all projects on time and on budget while achieving / exceeding customer requirements
- Complete project-related reports and daily time-tracking
- Other relevant duties as assigned
